In an era where digital deception is on the rise, we are committed to safeguarding our community against fraudulent activities. It has come to our attention that impostors may attempt to exploit our reputation by falsely representing themselves as part of BeyondFOMO, LLC or its associated entities. This disclosure aims to alert you to such deceptive practices and guide you on how to verify authenticity and protect your personal information and assets.

Please be aware that certain individuals might approach you, by falsely presenting themselves as BeyondFOMO, LLC or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, agents, or by any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents or advisers (collectively, “BeyondFOMO”). Under this false pretence, they might try to gain access to your personal information or to acquire money or other valuables from you by offering fictitious employment, financial opportunities or by claiming that they are contacting you on our behalf.

Don’t fall prey to fraudulent misrepresentation. You are strongly advised to exercise great caution when you receive such fraudulent and invalid offers, claims or notices generally via email, text message, phone, social media, applications or internet, etc. Be very mindful of such scams!

Such an offer, claim or notice will probably be in the form of an email sent from a fake email address or from a free email provider such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook, etc, and not from an official BeyondFOMO email address. Please take extra caution while examining such an email address, as the perpetrators may misspell an official BeyondFOMO email address and use a slightly modified version of an official BeyondFOMO email address.

Specific Examples of Fraudulent Activities:

1. Job Scams:
   Individuals may contact you with bogus job offers that require payment for training or background checks, claiming to represent BeyondFOMO’s recruitment team.
2. Phishing Attempts:
   Emails or messages that mimic BeyondFOMO’s official communication style, asking for sensitive information under the guise of verifying your account or offering exclusive investment opportunities.
3. Fake Prize or Grant Scams:
   Notifications that you’ve won a contest or grant from BeyondFOMO, asking for personal details or a small fee to “release” your prize.
4. Impersonation on Social Media:
   Profiles pretending to be BeyondFOMO’s official accounts, reaching out to offer assistance or opportunities in exchange for personal information or money.

Criminal and/or civil liabilities may arise from such actions and we intend to cooperate with competent law enforcement agencies and to ask them to take appropriate action whenever such phenomena occur. Accordingly, we would ask you to immediately get in touch with us via email at compliance@beyondfomo.com upon receiving a suspicious offer, claim or notice and additionally notify the police or other competent authority.

To protect yourself from these and other types of fraud, please adhere to the following verification steps before engaging with any communication claiming to be from BeyondFOMO:

1. Official Email Addresses:
   Always verify that the email comes from an official BeyondFOMO domain (e.g., @beyondfomo.com). Be wary of emails from free email services or those with misspellings close to our official domain.
2. Verify Through Official Channels:
   If you receive an unsolicited offer or request, do not respond directly. Instead, contact us through our official website or at compliance@beyondfomo.com to verify its legitimacy.
3. Look for Verification Badges:
   On social media, look for verification badges on profiles claiming to be BeyondFOMO. These badges are a sign that the platform has confirmed the account’s authenticity.
4. Secure Websites:
   Before entering any personal information, ensure the website is secure (look for “https://” and a lock symbol in the browser’s address bar) and verify it is a legitimate BeyondFOMO website.
